The PolarCore circulates the tub water through built-in filtration, while UV and ozone sanitation help reduce debris, odour and unwanted water build-up. What exactly is included in The Full Stack?

Do I need to buy ice?

No for normal operation. The PolarCore Pro actively chills the Ice Tub Pro down to your selected temperature, as low as 3°C, and works to maintain it between sessions. Starting temperature and ambient conditions affect how long the initial cool-down takes.

Does the chiller keep the water at exactly 3°C all the time?

You choose the target temperature, down to 3°C. The chiller cycles as required to maintain the setting. Actual water temperature and cooling time can be affected by ambient heat, starting water temperature, cover use and the installation environment.

Can I control the chiller from my phone?

Yes. The PolarCore Pro connects to its iOS and Android app over Wi-Fi, allowing you to set and monitor temperature and schedule operation from your phone.

Does UV and ozone mean I never need to change the water?

No. Built-in filtration, UV and ozone help keep water clearer for longer and reduce routine maintenance, but they do not remove the need for filter care, surface cleaning and periodic water changes.

Is the tub inflatable or rigid?

It uses inflatable drop-stitch construction, but the 8cm walls become firm and load-bearing when inflated correctly. This gives it far more structure than a thin inflatable pod while still allowing it to be deflated for storage or transport.

Does the portable sauna really reach 60°C?

The Infrared Sauna Pro is rated to reach up to 60°C in around 15 minutes using 1,400W across six far-infrared panels and a heated foot pad. Room temperature, ventilation and opening the door can affect heat-up time and experienced temperature.

Will everything work with normal Australian power?

The powered products are designed for Australian 240V/50Hz supply with standard Australian plugs. No hardwired sauna installation is required. Connect and operate each product exactly as described in its manual, without overloading outlets or using unsuitable power boards or extension leads.

Can I return the Full Stack after trying it?

The current policy includes a 30-day home trial for the order. Products must be returned in the condition required by the returns policy and with their original packaging for a refund or exchange.

What does the warranty cover?

Each included product has a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Claims are handled by Norva’s Australian support team.
